Phase 1 - Complete a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Contract between Client and AHC
Phase 2 – Work with Client to conduct a thorough review of, or create, the job description
Phase 3 – Commence efforts to source candidates
Phase 4 – Conduct initial phone screenings and then in-depth video interviews with promising candidates
Phase 5 – Conduct in person interviews with top prospects (depending upon location(s))
Phase 6 – Submit best candidates to Client for internal interviews and background checks (if needed)
Phase 7 (Optional) – Draft and deliver offer letters and related documents to finalist
