Adam has 20 years of comprehensive experience in all aspects of progressive human resource management, in such diverse environments as government contracting, television production, commercial banking, hospitality, and multi-client outsourced HR support. Adam began his career in hospitality industry operations, before making the transition into HR. Following successful completion of his six-year enlistment he was honorably discharged from the US Navy Reserves.
He has managed employees in a variety of functions and has experience supporting blue collar and white collar organizations in privately held and publicly traded companies with multi-site and multi-state operations. Adam has been quoted in HR Magazine, has presented for multiple SHRM Chapters, has delivered webcasts and podcasts for the Human Capital Institute, and has been a panelist for the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and the Northern Virginia Family Services (NVFS) Training Futures program.
